This week we did fraction work sheet on slides I found it really easy to me it was fun to do I really enjoyed it it has to be one of my favourite task to do. Here it is.

Literacy Reflection T1W9

W.A.L.T use 5 W's who what where when why.

For literacy this week we did camp writing this was hard to get ideas but when you start writing you can't stop. This was a fun activity to do. Here is my writing.

At 9:00A.M M1 we left Grey Main to go to Westport for camp we were went from Mon to Wed we went to museums, walks, ETC

For camp we went to Westport. We went to Charleston and the Nile first. These are on the way to Westport. We went to Mitchell's Gally at Charlestown we got to hold a gold ingot and see a Trapdoor spider. The Nile was freezing my body went numb we saw baby crabs.

We did 3 walks on Camp one in Denniston,  Seal Colony and Mitchell's Gally. We went to Museums and we found out information about when the coal mines and gold mines.  At Denniston there were over 1 thousand people now there are 6 people living in Denniston.

Stanley and Layken got a nail in there foot. 2 of the parents had to piggyback Stanley and Layken Miss Panther had to come and take them to hospital. Antia works at St. John's and she came on camp. Morgan Stanley and I was With Warren were in the same car. There were 8 helpers.

We left school at 9:00 in the morning and arrived at 12:00 to get ready for lunch. Then before tea we went to the swimming pool the we had tea. We went to bed then woke up in the morning. Then we did the same thing for the rest of the time.

Camp why did we did we go on camp? We enjoyed camp for the education, fun stuff that came along with it. We did and we learned about the coal mines. Camp is a fun way of education along the there are some good and bad things but you learn a lot that you did not know. It a very enjoyable thing when you do the right thing but when you do the wrong thing you might get sent home!

Word Work

For Word Work I did page 4 of words this is when I write the words down then I did meaning and sentences. I really like word work because it spelling and i'm go at spelling.

   

Literacy W7T1 Reflection

For literacy this week we did Spine poems and Shantytown  5W's 

WALT: write a clear and detailed introduction using the 5 W's

Megan  and I Worked as hard as we could. It was Pretty easy Task but we could not find who thought of making Shantytown. That was the only thing we missed out.  

 We did Spine poetry I worked with Blake 

It was Pretty hard to do it because we could not find the books we needed. We did it in the end but how ever we got stuck at some places. This is how it turned out.

For Word Work we have to decode the word and write a sentences a with the word in it. Its pretty easy when you now what the word means. When you need to search up the definition its not that easy because you may not find the right word.

These are my numeracy goals for term 1 I hope to achieve some of them or just one I think these goals are very good set goals for me.

It took a while to find the goals I'm working on Math buddy, Studdyladder and YouTube.

These are my literacy goals for this term I'm going to work super hard on these goal and hopefully I succeed and get one of these goals done.

For Work On Writing this week I did my topic as Burmese Cats because they are my favorite Cat and my Nana has one her name is Cleo. 

   

Electronics T1W4 Reflection

Today Andrew came in and showed us all about Electronics. It was so fun to explore. Blake, Stanley, Logan and I were in a group. At first we had trouble but we got the hang of it after a while.

Andrew came to show us about Electronics and to show us about the dangers of a battery.

These are a few of my samples of what pets I like and want to get. I enjoyed doing this activity it was very interesting to see what I like.  Because I did it of by heart. 

T4 end of year reflection

This is my most proud bit of work of the year Merry Christmas and a happy new year P.s I'm staying in the same class.

For numeracy this week I did Studyladder. I did all nine of the Studyladder tasks. They were in between hard and easy. I enjoyed doing these task because they were fun. Here is a screenshot of the tasks I completed.

For literacy this week I did naughty or nice we choose if we have been good or naughty you have to put justifications (reasons). It was quite hard but I did it. I think I should be on the nice list because I have been working as hard as I can.

For literacy we Nicky and I did 12 days of Xmas NZ version. It was pretty hard but we enjoy making it. Here's the Screenshot it's long song.

For numeracy this week Google Maps Nicky and I did Tsunamis
 there were a few cool ones the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake occurred on 26 December with the epicentre off the west coast of Sumatra, Indonesia. The shock had a moment magnitude of 9.3. this is only one of the ones we did.

Literacy T4W5 Reflection

For literacy this week I did three activities. This follow up is last weeks one because my whole group forgot to do it. For the first activity I did work on writing. This is how it turned out I learnt how to write a paragraph about one thing and not go all over the place. It was quite hard.

For word work this week I completed silly sentences I tried as hard as I could to make this perfect as I could I learnt how to spell new words it was kind of easy.

And last but not least my follow up learnt how to use to do an explanations in text. It was difficult but I did it.

For Word Work I made a spelling poem, it was really hard but I enjoyed it to making it. I hope you like it here is an image of it. I learnt how to use weird words that you need to think about before you put in the place you put them in to your advantage of making writing, poems, Etc.
